The patient experience chain
The patient experience chain starts once the human becomes aware of a compliant. Map of the patient journey serves as a central framework to understand treatment patterns, to identify the opportunity for value creation. Each phase of the journey involves specific feelings, emotions and needs.
A patient´s journey covers the steps in the patients treatment process and the feelings summoned up by the treatment and being ill. BePatientCentric is also focusing on the emotional side of the process that a patient and the patients family undergo and how the treatment proces is organised in relation to those feelings.
A feeling of connected health
The future of competition lies in an altogether new approach to value creation, based on an individual-centered co-creation of value between patients and companies.
The co-creation experience originates in the patient´s interaction with the network. It cannot occur without a network of firms collaborating to create the environment that allows the patient to undergo that unique co-creation experience.
The patient, by co-creating with the network, is an active stakeholder in defining the interaction and the context of the event. The total co-creation experience with the network results in value that is more personal and unique for each individual.

I am deeply interested in the future patient and the possibilities and opportunities that surrounds the future patient.
I am a pharmacist with 10+ years of experience with patient interaction and understanding. I hold a master degree in experience management which gives me insights into how to create the framework - the space for experience - within which experience is created.
